TestFlight helper

Join the Murmr beta, keep builds up to date, and troubleshoot common TestFlight issues on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.

Join the beta

Use the official TestFlight link to install Murmr on your devices. You can use the same Apple ID across iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Open Murmr on TestFlight

1. Install TestFlight

TestFlight is Apple's official beta distribution app. Install it from the App Store on each device where you want to try Murmr.

On macOS, you can find TestFlight in the Mac App Store. On iPhone and iPad, search for “TestFlight” in the App Store.

2. Join the Murmr beta

Open the Murmr TestFlight invite link on the device where TestFlight is installed:

Open Murmr on TestFlight

TestFlight will prompt you to accept the invite and install the latest Murmr build.

3. Keep builds up to date

TestFlight notifies you when a new build is available. Updating ensures you're running the latest features and bug fixes.

You can enable automatic updates from the TestFlight app so new Murmr builds install in the background.

4. Share feedback and issues

From TestFlight, you can send feedback directly, including screenshots and diagnostics. This is the fastest way to report issues with beta builds.

You can also reach us via email from the main website if you prefer a longer write-up.

Troubleshooting

Common TestFlight issues

If something doesn’t look right with your invite or build, start here.

Invite link says the beta is full

TestFlight slots are limited. If you see a message that the beta is full, try again later; when spots open up, the link will start working again.

TestFlight shows “No builds available”

This usually means a new build is being prepared or Apple is still reviewing the latest submission. Check back in a little while; you don’t need to reinstall anything.

Murmr won’t install or update

First, try quitting TestFlight and reopening it. If that doesn’t help, restart your device and check for system updates. As a last step, you can remove Murmr and reinstall it from TestFlight.

The app crashes on launch

If you hit a crash, please use the TestFlight feedback flow so crash logs are attached automatically, then try reinstalling the current build. If the crash persists, you may need to wait for the next beta build with a fix.
