By downloading or using Murmr, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the App

Murmr is provided as a voice capture and text transformation tool.

You may use Murmr for personal or professional purposes, provided that:

• You comply with applicable laws.
• You do not use the app to create illegal content.
• You do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the software.

Use it responsibly.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Murmr offers:

• A 7-day free trial (via the Apple App Store)
• £4.99 per month subscription
• £49.99 annual subscription

Subscriptions:

• Automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Are managed through your Apple ID account.
• Can be cancelled in your device's App Store subscription settings.

Payments and billing are handled entirely by Apple. EightyThreeApps does not store payment details.

3. No Guarantees

Murmr is provided "as is".

While reasonable effort is made to ensure stability and accuracy:

• Speech transcription accuracy depends on Apple's frameworks.
• Structured output depends on template configuration.
• No guarantee is made that output will be error-free.

You are responsible for reviewing content before submitting or publishing it.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• EightyThreeApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The app's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription during the prior 12 months.

5. Intellectual Property

Murmr and its associated branding are the intellectual property of EightyThreeApps.

You retain ownership of any content you create using Murmr.

6. Termination

You may stop using Murmr at any time.

Subscription cancellation must be done through Apple's subscription management system.

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Murmr after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
